Cells and their Clinical Lesions (an overly general schema):

•eosinophils --> urticarial e.g. insect bites, Sweet's syndrome, urticarial bullous pemphigoid
•neutrophils --> pustules e.g. pyoderma gangrenosum, folliculitis, pustular psoriasis
•histiocytes --> yellow red/brown granuloma annulare, histiocytosis X, NLD
•lymphocytes --> red dermal papules/plaques e.g. the five "L's"
