acne miliaria necrotica = scalp pustules/ acne of the scalp;  probably a variant of seborrheic dermatitis (according to me)

 

 

 

TREATMENT:

•capitrol shampoo (chloxine) (can turn hair green, therefore only dark hair)
•doxycycline 100mg PO BID X 5 – 10 days
•Evoclin foam
•steroid foam
•balnetar solution to scalp X 1 hour then rinse
