•Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever
•Glove and Stockings Purpura (parvovirus B19)
•Atypical Measles

 

Purpura - acral and sparsely scattered:

•emboli
•cryoglobulins
•septic vasculitis
•subacute bacterial endocarditis

 

•purpura of the palms = Letterer-Siwe disease (a finding seldom seen in other dermatoses)
