1.progressive enlargement of upper lip
2.blepharochalasis
•first - recurrent transitory swelling of the lids lasting 2 or 3 days
•skin stretches with each episode
•becomes so lax that it falls in redundant folds over lid margins
•biopsy = lack of elastic fibers
