myxomas, lentigines, and endocrine overactivity
autosomal dominant
AKA NAME syndrome:   N nevi, AM atrial myxomas, E - ephelides
AKA LAMB syndrome:  L lentigines, AM atrial myxomas, B blue nevi
cutaneous myxomas (45%) small (less than 1cm), multiple, skin-colored papules
endocrine  e.g. primary pigmented nodular adrenocortical disease (45%) --> giving Cushings syndrome
atrial myxomas (79%) - recognition of this syndrome, with diagnosis and removal of the atrial myxomas, can be lifesaving
