amantadine livedo reticularis

 

Arsenicals (3)

•bronzing of the skin after 1-20 years of ingestion
•characteristic picture = 1- to 2-mm hypopigmented raindrop-like macules within a field of hyperpigmentation (“raindrops on a dusty road”)
•punctate hyperkeratosis of the palms and soles

       

Bleomycin flagellate hyperpigmentation

 

Captopril (3)

•drug induced linear IgA dermatosis
•drug induced pemphigus
•most common cause of angioedema severe enough to require hospitalization

 

Chlorpromazine (2) hyperpigmentation, LE        

       

Cytarabine (ara-C) (2) acral erythema, neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis                        

 

Fluorouracil serpentine hyperpigmentation        

 

Foscarnet penile ulcers        

 

G-CSF Sweet’s        

       

Isoniazid (3) LE, pellagra, acne        

 

Lithium (3) drug induced linear IgA, worsens acne, worsens psoriasis
