Anticholinergic pills:

•Robinul (glycopyrrolate) 1mg  (Robinul Forte = 2mg)  1 to 2mg  BID or  TID
•(side effects mild – dry mouth)
•Does not cross blood brain barrier (therefore no CNS side effects)
•Maximum dose at one time 2mg  (do not exceed a total of 3mg in one day)
•Side Effects: Anti-cholinergic
•COMMON  -    dry mouth,  blurred vision with dilated pupils, urinary problems, constipation , rapid heartbeat/palpitations
•RARE – cardiac arryhtmias, heat stroke due to decreased sweating (caution especially in outdoor athletics)
•CONTRAINDICATIONS – glaucoma, GI or GU disease, outdoor athletes
•( these medications produce temporary, reversible effects, so that a person can choose when to use them.)
