•peripheral neuropathy with hypoesthesia or paresthesia
•GI

 

etiologies to consider (H and P) –

•check meds
•infections
•sore throat? - strep URI
•foul smelling urine? - e. coli UTI
•arthritis, photosensitivity, aphthae, Raynaud’s, sicca symptoms? Collagen Vascular Disease
•weight loss? (lymph node exam) - malignancy

 

lab tests –

•ASLO
•CBC
•UA
•ESR
•Stool guiaic
