While we assume the role of doctors every day, we are also at times patients. And as patients we notice things. That is what prompted this email entitled “our promise to you”. None of these are new promises, we have been keeping them for years. This month: three “phone” promises.
Promise #1:
A LIVE PERSON WILL ANSWER THE PHONE EVERY TIME.
We do not have an automated teller nor a list of menus that you must navigate in order to reach the correct person. Everytime you call, a friendly and knowledgable (live) person will answer the phone in a timely manner.
Promise #2:
OUR PHONES STAY ON DURING LUNCH.
I, like many of you, work full time. So the only time I have to call my doctor’s office is during my lunch hour. And inevitably, when I finally get a moment to call, their office is closed for their lunch, so I get the answering service. At Minars Dermatology we stagger our staff’s lunch hours, so the phones stay on all day (we usually even have a staff member in the office until 7pm each night available on the phone).
Promise #3:
THE DOCTOR WILL ALWAYS RETURN YOUR CALL SAME DAY.
Our doctors do not go home each night until every patient who left a message is called back. And if you have an emergency after hours, my cell phone number is on our answering machine.
Latisse plus Botox and Juvederm
Save up to $120
We added Latisse to our practice so that our patients could take advantage of the cross-promotions offered by Allergan (the company that makes Latisse, Botox, and Juvederm). The first cross-promotion is a $50 mail-in rebate for both Juvederm and Botox with a Latisse purchase. Add to that a $20 mail-rebate for Latisse and you could save $120 when you purchase all 3 Allergan products. To take advantage of this offer, all treatments/purchases must be done by July 15, 2010.

The “Dysport Challenge” has been extended until September 30, 2010. Hundreds of our patients have already taken advantage of this offer. Latisse is now available at our office:
Latisse is a prescription topical medication that grows longer eyelashes. Read about it at their website www.Latisse.com. We now carry the product in our office. The cost is $120 per kit.
We have been prescribing Latisse since it came out last year, and the results have been excellent. It does what it says. It grows longer eyelashes. Until now you had to go to the pharmacy for Latisse, now we have it in our office.
The main advantage to carrying Latisse in-office (other than convenience) is that it allows us to offer cross-promotions from Allergan (the company that makes all 3: Latisse, Juvederm, and Botox). See the paragraph to the left for details on the first of these offers.
