adverse effects:

•ocular toxicity
•GI (common) - nausea/vomiting/diarrhea
•psoriasis flares
•blue-black hyperpigmentation

 

labs:

•+/- G6PD
•CBC, LFT's (Qmonth X 3 then Q 4 to 6 months)
•ophtho exam (Q6months X 1 year then Qyear)
