two categories:  anti-convulsant induced and other

 

anti-convulsant pseudolymphoma syndrome:

fever, LAN, erythematous rash (single lesions, or less often widespread papules)
eosinophilia, hepatosplenomegaly, slight increased LFTs, +/- Sezary cells
lesions disappear when drug discontinued (but in the case of anti-convulsants, lesions may persist 12 months or more)
