often cytarabine
tender red macules, papules;  often acrally several days after cytoreductive chemotherapy
resolve spontaneously within several days
possible mechanism is concentration of responsible agents in eccrine glands with resulting cytotoxicity
histology:  distinctive
neutrophilic infiltrate surrounding and involving eccrine coils
epithelial cell vacuolar degeneration and necrosis
focal mucinous degeneration of peri-eccrine subcutaneous fat
